Friday Night Adult Music Therapy Club

Want to go out on Friday night with friends?

Come join us at Adult Music Therapy Club on Fridays! You will have a great time jamming and meeting new people who share your passion for music.

The group is open to adults with disabilities looking for a therapeutic and social activity!

We will listen to our favorites tunes, record new songs, and have a great time making music!
We will also be addressing life skills such as:

Group cooperation
Effective communication
Improvisation skills
Self-expression
Self-confidence
Forming new hobbies and interests
Promoting love of music

Led by Holly Rand, MT-BC, at our music therapy center in Melrose.
We are located at 423 Main Street, next to Papa Gino’s and above Coffee, Tea, & Me.

Dates: February 3-24, March 2-23, April 6-27, May 4-25
Pricing: $140/month ($35/session)

Group 1: 4:30-5:15
Group 2: 5:30-6:15

Group assignment is determined based on client’s needs, abilities, and skills. Our music therapists will talk with you to determine which group will be the best match and group members may change from one group to another to best meet their needs.
