Social Skills Music Therapy
Are you ready to play some instruments and make some noise? In this group, participants will work together to write songs, trade instruments and take turns leading music improvisations and engage in a supportive therapeutic environ-ment. In all of the music experiences, we will be addressing individual, social, behavioral, sen-sory, and communication goals that can carry-over into school and the home. Parent participation required.

Music Therapy for Children who are Non-Verbal
Music making and instrument play is a fun and natural way to communicate. Using instruments, our bodies and our voices, we will create music as a group to support the development of verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Goals for the group will include increasing communication skills, imitating sounds, choice making and successful participation in a group activity. Parent Participation is required.

Songwriting for Teens
Did you ever dream about writing songs and recording your own CD? Don’t miss your chance! In this group, we will work together to create and record our own album! Join us as we get our creative juices flowing to write amazing original songs. This hands on group is for all teens who have an interest in exploring new music and developing peer relationships though shared musical songwriting experiences. Due to safety ratios, parents must stay on site for the groups but will not be participants.
